| With a drilling fluid as motive medium, rotary percussion drilling developed on the basisof rotary drilling. The core component of rotary percussion drilling is the axial impactor. Theperformance quality of axial impactor directly determines the effect of rotary impact drilling.For a long time, an important reason for the technique not widely is the short life and lowquality of axial impactor.In order to solve the existing problems of axial impactor such as short life and greatlyinfluenced by the performance and depth of drilling, this article starts from rock breakingmechanism of axial impact, combining theoretical analysis and experimental test. By finiteelement numerical simulation, laboratory experiments, and field experiments research, offer akind of high frequency hydraulic axial impactor for deep well is difficult to drill the formationon-site.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Nonlinear dynamical model of the impact rotary drilling tools, and gives the drillingaxial and peripheral column to dynamics, and analysis of drill string jump.(2)A micro vibration model of drill high axial shock rock, gives rock micro vibrationdisplacement equation, and analyze the influence factors of rock,rock quality naturalfrequency, impact force, impact frequency of self vibration of bottom hole rock.(3)According to the working principle of the high frequency hydraulic axial impactdevice,analysis and functional attribute setting tool parts,3Dmodel using the Solidworks threedimensional software design of axial impact device components.(4)Design and processing of high frequency hydraulic axial impactor principle modeland full-size prototype, test prototype for tool indoor testing in the case of using water or mud,and conduct large axial compression load rock breaking experiment, optimizing the structureof the internal parts of the tool.Through the above research work, in order to further optimize the internal structure andthe hydraulic performance of the tool parts. Providing the theoretical and experimental basisdevelopment for deep wells drilling test of the high-frequency axial hydraulic impactor, andensure its success. |
