| In this paper, Using CuO, V2O5, Nb2O5, La2O3, BaO,WO3, MgO were added inZST ceramics to lower the sintering temperature. And through research ZST ceramicmicrostructures, and explore the relationship between the microstructure anddielectric properties. The main content of the study:1ã€Using ZnO, CuO,MgO were added in ZST ceramics to lower the sinteringtemperature. The results show that the grain size of the ZCM and ZC ceramic samplesincreases with the increase sintering temperature, As the grain size decreases theamount of doping increases, the density value of ZC ceramics decreased with theincrease of the amounts of CuO, ZC0.5ceramic sample sintered at1350℃, hadexcellent dielectric properties of an εrvalue of40.3,a dielectric loss of5×10-4,amicrowave value of7600(at4GHz). ZCM1ceramic sample sintered at1350℃, hadexcellent dielectric properties of an εrvalue of34.1,a dielectric loss of5×10-4.2ã€Samples of (Zr0.8,Sn0.2)TiO4were synthesized by conventional solid-statemethods from individual high-purity oxide powders (.99.9%): ZrO2, SnO2,V2O5andZnO, and TiO2, ZV1ceramic sample sintered at1350℃, had excellent dielectricproperties of an εrvalue of40.3, a density value of4.98g/cm3, a dielectric loss of5×10-4, ZV0.5ceramic sample sintered at1350℃, had excellent dielectric properties ofa microwave Q value of2100(at4GHz).3ã€This section study the microstructures and the microwave dielectric propertiesof ZST ceramics with small amount of additives such as ZnO, La2O3,BaO. Thegrain size with ZB and ZL ceramics slightly increased with the increase of La2O3orBaO addition, the grain size with0.75wt%La2O3addition was much smaller than thatwith0.1wt%La2O3addition. ZL0.25samples sintered at1370℃, had excellentdielectric properties of an εrvalue of41.4, a dielectric loss of2×10-4,ZL0.5samplessintered at1370℃, had excellent dielectric properties of a microwave Q value of8100(at4GHz). ZB1samples sintered at1370℃, had excellent dielectric propertiesof an εrvalue of34.1, a dielectric loss of5×10-4,a bulk density value of4.965g/cm3.4ã€This section study the microstructures and the microwave dielectric propertiesof ZST ceramics with small amount of additives such as ZnO, Nb2O5. The resultsshow that The grain size with ZN ceramics decreased with the increase of Nb2O5addition. Nb5+substituted by Zr4+ions,therefore, reduced the oxygen vacancies.ZN0.5samples sintered at1350℃, a bulk density value of5.095g/cm3, ZN0.1 samples sintered at1370℃, had excellent dielectric properties of a microwave Qvalue of7400(at GHz).5〠This section study the microstructures and the microwave dielectricproperties of ZST ceramics with small amount of additives such as ZnO, WO3. Theresults indicate that The grain size with ZW ceramics decreased with the increase ofWO3addition, ZW0.75ceramic samples sintered at1370℃, had excellent dielectricproperties of an εrvalue of41.4, a dielectric loss of3×10-4,a microwave Q value of7500(at4GHz).To further study, ZST ceramics added MgO addition, ZM3ceramicsamples sintered at1350℃, had excellent dielectric properties of an εrvalue of38.1, amicrowave Q value of6500(at4GHz). |
