As people ’s awareness of environmental protection, improvement of relevant laws andregulations, environmental problems caused by the oil industry in production have becomemore serious. SAPO-11molecular sieves have been widely studied and applied in refining,chemical and other fields. For example: catalytic cracking, aromatics with branched chainalkyl group, isomerization dewaxing. But at the same time, some problems also emerged,For example, for the raw material of the sulfur content in more demanding; The load ofprecious metal catalyst cost is higher. Therefore, many scholars are still committed to developmore excellent performance, cost lower catalyst.In alkanes isomerization reaction, the matching of acid center and metal bits is animportant factor.Based on this,on one hand,NiZn/SAPO-11catalyst was synthesized byimpregnation method with metal nickel and auxiliary metal zinc, and studied the preparationconditions of catalysts, reduction condition, the influence of reaction conditions on then-heptane isomerization reaction. On the other hand, VSAPO-11molecular sieve wassynthesized by the traditional hydrothermal synthesis method,then it was characterized and itsisomerization performance was also examined.The experimental results show that catalyst NiZn/SAPO-11with loaded Ni4%(w%)andZn2%was calcined at450℃; The best reduction conditions: reduction time6h, reductiontemperature400℃; The best reaction conditions: reaction temperature300℃, hydrogenflow rate50mL/min. Under this condition, the conversion of n-heptane could reach38.42%and its selectivity could reach63.64%. Suitable template for Synthetic V-SAPO-11molecularsieve is DPA. Vanadium content0.2%,4%nickel loaded, calcined temperature500℃;optimum reducing conditions: temperature380℃, reduction time5h, the reactiontemperature is280℃, the conversion was20.43%, the selectivity was77.42%...
