As a core part of the continuous caster crystallizer in the process ofcontinuous casting,Crystallizer’s main function the heat transfer within the liquid steelin mold. molten steel can formhas certain thickness of the shell when it come out ofthe Crystallizer. There are many factors which influence the process of formingcasting blank, such as pulling rate, casting powder, cooling water`s temperature,crystallizer`s vibration and so on.The cooling water flows into the bottom of the waterchannel, After it conducts teat transfer with the molten steel it flows out of the upsideof the water channel. It can take from a temperature gradient. The differenttemperature can affect the heat transmission. The shell can adhere with crystallizer’scopper wall in the process of pottery. It may apper the phenomenon of the breakout.The vibration of the crystallizer can conduct compulsive demould for the felted shellto decrease the phenomenon of the breakout. Sothe vibration of the crystallizer hasgreat influence for the quality of the shell. The sinusoidal vibration andnon-sinusoidal oscillation have different influence of the quality of the casting. Theinfluence of coupling within temperature field and vibrate is a very complicatedprocess. The research within temperature field and vibrate is a very new direction. Ifwe can make a good research of the influence of the coupling within temperature fieldand vibrate. It can have a great improvement of the efficiency and quality of modernindustrial production.This text makes use of Solidworks to set up a model that its diameter is300millimetre and the length is1000millimetre. Firstly we can use ICEM CFD to dividehigh quality of the grid. Secondly it can use the professional fluid analysissoftware(ANSYS CFX) to analyse the temperature field. Its purpose is to find aappropriate temperature gradient of the cooling water. It can use the kinetic analysisof Workbech to study the coupling within temperature field and vibrate in theappropriate temperature gradient of the cooling water. It can get a reasonablevibrational frequency. Finally we can structure a reasonable non-sinusoidal oscillationfunction compareing with the sinusoidal vibration.
