| In coal mining, we often encounter problems of coal mining and roadway support in the "three soft"(soft roof, soft floor and soft coal) formation, which has brought great difficulties to coal cutting, roof management and maintenance of roadway.。 Therefore, pre-reinforcement is necessary for three soft stratum. For now, because of its high surface resistance and heat storage temperature, the traditional chemical grouting reinforcing material has great potential safety hazard in mine using。 Aimed at the new chemical grouting material, adopting the method of model experiment, we studied the grouting materials of mechanical properties and grouting process.Firstly, this paper discusses the development process of grouting technique, the research status quo of grouting materials, grouting process research dynamic, etc. Further more, the deep analysis is carried on through the comparison with the common grouting material and getting physical and mechanical properties of7kinds of new chemical grouting materials through experiment. f grout model experiment was carried out as preliminary selection because of its good comprehensive performance with high consolidation strength, lower reaction temperature and the appropriate reaction rate.According to the characteristics of weak coal seam roof, we developed a set of grouting test apparatus. Grouting model experiment of weak coal seam roof was carried out with the device combined the weak roof chemical grouting reinforcement mechanism. It is concluded the data of model experiment including point stress, thermocouple measuring point temperature, the measuring point stress on the surface plate and built-in pressure box Through the analysis of the data, we found the new chemical grouting material completely accords with the basic requirements of industrial grouting. |
