Since grouting technology development, the grouting technology is more and more mature and grouting method is becoming more and more diversified, through continuous exploration and practice.The thesis explores a new grouting method is L ground grouting of surrounding rock in kilometer ground. From grouting material and groutability, permeation to analyze L ground grouting.Analysis inject rock shows that poor inject Lake mine in Huaibei Mining Group believe the central pump room and substation roadway surrounding rock, it is necessary to increase the injection pressure, the development of new grouting material through L-type drill hole in the ground pre-grouting methods to improve the effect of rock grouting.By numerical analysis reveals pre-grouting slurry L-type diffusion mechanism drilling the ground, get a reasonable grouting parameters:slurry diffusion radius10m, grouting pressure is34MPa (drilled by the injection point pressure) per unit length (lm) flow grouting grouting hole is0.3m3/h. The use of rock and rock mechanical testing method of combining microscopic analysis of rock grouting effect analysis and evaluation, either shale or fine-grained sandstone, after injecting grout, rock pores significantly smaller, cementation degree increases, the degree of densification improve, rock strength is greatly improved. Thus, the implementation of pre-grouting L-type drilling grouting ground achieved some results.
