| In order to solve the hard roof caving working face difficult problems in Panbei Coal Mine,11313working face as the background, the integrated use of experimental research, theoretical analysis, physical simulation, studied under hard roof of stope ground pressure control law and its surrounding rock technology. We can learn the roof caving regularity, support strength, surrounding rock stability of coal wall and other aspects. Passed on11313working face measured summed up under hard roof of stope ground pressure control law and hydraulic support reasonable support strength.(1)Through the combined method of theoretical analysis and, pressure behavior of large mining height fully-mechanized working face is studied systematically, It is determined of roof caving regularity and hydraulic support reasonable support strength, providing a theoretical basis for the working face with large mining height and support selection.(2)Through the integrated use of experimental research, simulation experiment, studied under hard roof overburden height of "three zones", the falling height is17.3m, the fractured zone height is48.9m.Because the roof of working face is the hard and thick sandstone, through compared to the ordinary roof of working face,11313working face pressure step and strength is larger obviously.(3) Comprehensive analysis of11313during the mining face mine pressure behavior characteristics of the proposed surrounding rock control measures, and main pressure management during roof, roof and coal wall to take timely and effective control measures, through work face of advance deep hole loose blasting test, weaken the hard roof, improve the roof caving crushing, reduce the dangling area of goaf and pressure strength, thus alleviate the Influence of the roof to the working face when the pressure come. |
