This paper from the simulation of deep hole pre-splitting blasting mechanism, laboratory similar simulation experiment, computer software, field test and other four aspects, aiming at the deep hole pre-splitting blasting in weakening dirt band in coal seam technology for research and analysis.Firstly, this paper introduced the deep hole pre-splitting blasting in weakening dirt band of coal seam on the present situation of application and research, based on the mechanism of deep hole pre-splitting blasting, study on the dynamic characteristics of rock under the explosive load, the stress wave propagation, the transmission function of explosion gas, the explosion energy and effective use, the blasting crack propagation, and the selection of blasting parameters are analyzed systematically.Secondly, a similar model system was constructed reasonably, to Shandong Huaheng mining13#coal thin seam coal dirt band containing as the research object of similar simulation test, simulation to the deep hole pre-splitting blasting optimal and might process of the hard dirt band in coal seam. This model system could measure the stress and strain of the dirt band in different blasting parameters, and could develop more direct observation of fracture after blasting.Thirdly, simulate the blasting process on the actual field test by using numerical software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, simulate the stress wave propagation, the particle by effective force and the crack around the blasting hole in different blasting hole spacing.Finally, in Shandong Huaheng mining41305working face deep hole pre-splitting blasting in weakening dirt band field test, the test achieved the desired results, the dirt band was weakened effectively. After that, the shearer could work smoothly, the safe and efficient production was realized, and the feasibility and effectiveness of deep hole pre-splitting blasting in weakening dirt band in coal seam was proved.
