| At present, the traditional anti-fog coatings had many deficiencies, such as poor adhesion,small hardness,not waterfast and environmental pollution.Other physical anti-fog methods also had more obvious flaws, such as narrow applied range,poor anti-fogging and not persistent anti-fog.Therefore, we attemptted to prepare a coating material which was super hydrophilic, uv-curing,high pervious to light and could be connected to the base material firmly,based on the organic-inorganic hybrid technology and uv-curing technology The coating material included a prepolymer which was super hydrophilic and UV-curing, a kind of modified SiO2sol which was hard, high pervious to light, UV-curing and could be connected to the base material firmly and a TiO2modified by KH570which was UV-curing,dispersed effectively, and still had light to super hydrophilic.Compared with the traditional anti-fog coatings,it was not only fast curing, long anti-fog,environmental protection, low energy, but also had good film-forming performance and its hardness, adhesion, rub resistance and water resistance were improved significantly. So, the coating material was a new kind of green environmental protection material, which could be used in automobile windshield glass and anti-fog bathroom mirror, etc.The first part of this study was:IPDI, PETA,DMPA and between three glycol ester phthalate shrinkage-5-sulphonic acid sodium which of purity was89%was used as the main raw material to prepare a prepolymer successfully which was analysized and characterized systematically. The results showed that the UV absorption ability, thermal stability, surface tension properties and Tg of prepolymer which of the content of carboxyl (X) was O.lmmol/g and double bond functionality was6were suitable for the preparation of UV curing anti-fog coating.After uv curing,the contact Angle of coatings was2.8°,which was anti-fogging,the hardness of coatings was3H, adhesion was to level2,which was good resistance to wipe and better resistance to water.This part laid a foundation for the preparation of the UV curing anti-fog coating material.The second part of this study was:based on the sol-gel method, TEOS and KH570were used as the main raw material to prepare a modified SiO2sol. The factors:ethanol content water content,pH and(TEOS)/n (KH570) which effected on the properties of modified SiO2sol were discussed. Finally,the best preparation procedure of modified SiO2sol had been explored out and the performance of modified SiO2sol prepared as preparation procedure were characterized. The results showed that modified SiO2sol could be uv curable and was given priority to with Si-O-Si mesh structure, the particle size of colloidal particles was228nm,the sol coating was uniform,compact,uniform,smooth and anti-reflecting and had a good rub resistance. The combination degree was up to94%and the hardness was6H.This part had ensured that the UV curable anti-fog coating material had high hardness, high light transmission and could be connected to the base material firmly.The third part of this study was:KH570was used to modify Nano-TiO2as the new modification process modification and the performance change before and after modification of Nano-TiO2was analysized.The results showed that KH570grafting rate was8.6%, average particle size was about19nm, the hydrodynamic diameter distribution was widened, the diffraction peak of anatase type crystal was widened, but still was given priority to with anatase crystal type, and had both UV-curable ability and light to super hydrophilicity. This part had ensured that the UV curing anti-fog coating might be light to super hydrophilicity.The forth part of this study was:the influence of components of the formula to UV curing anti-fog coatings materials was expored,and the best formula and process by designing the orthogonal experiment that modified SiO2sol was0.45%, solid contentof prepolymer was20%, nano-TiO2powder modified by KH570was1%and light initiator compounded with a ratio of4:6of184and819was5%.Mixturing all of them to transparent coating and maintaining film thickness samely was obtained. The way of dip coating was adopt for UV-curing film and the properties of UV curing anti-fog coatings were characterized. The results showed that the light transmittance of UV curing anti-fog coatings prepared as optimal configuration was95%,the coatings was smooth, uniform, compact and indehiscent.When seeing light, the contact Angle of coatings was10.8°and when avoiding light, the contact Angle of coatings was12.8°,which was anti-fog.The hardness of coatings was5H and the adhesion was level1, which was good resistance to wipe and better resistance to water. |
