In this paper, a new method of decolorization for raw sugar was established. Inorganic discolored adsorbent and the clarifying system made of chemical reagents to decolorize raw sugar was used in the experiment. The experimental method was determined by the uniform design of experiment. To obtain linear regression equation, the optimal technological parameters and proleptic datas, artificial neural network and support vector regression (SVR) were used to optimize and calculate the experiment results. The relationships between the dosage of reagent and decolorization ratio was researched. And the influences between the dosage of reagent and the apparent purity difference were analyzed.Three different new technologies were composed by different reagents.(1)The process was composed of low sulfur, non phosphorus and active carbon;(2)The process was composed of low sulfur, non phosphorus and diatomite;(3)The process was composed of active carbon, low sulfur and phosphorus. The experiments showed that the new process had a superior effect to decolorize the raw sugar. The decolorization ratio can reach60%~80%. Compared the measure results of the three new technology, it showed that the process composed of low sulfur, non phosphorus and active carbon had the lowest color value and the best discolored effect, but apparent purity decreased the most compared with the original solution, and turbidity is larger. The process composed of low sulfur, non phosphorus and diatomite had the largest color value and turbidity, but apparent purity difference increased compared with the original solution. The process composed of low sulfur and phosphorus had the lowest turbidity, apparent purity difference increased the most compared with the original solution, and its color value was only lower than the process composed of low sulfur, non phosphorus and active carbon. The decolorization effect of activate carbon was better than diatomite. Non phosphorus reagent (6528clarifying agent) with other reagent was better than low phosphorus reagent (PSAZP) in decolorization effect.A series of the dynamic factors was studied for the new process composed of active carbon, low sulfur and phosphorus. The factors included stir speed, slow stir reaction time, final reaction temperature and so on. The results showed that the color value increased with the growth of stirring speed, and it decreased with growth of reaction time and reaction temperature. It was helpful to improve the effect of decolorization by increasing reaction temperature and response time, meanwhile reducing the stirring speed appropriately. |
