With the accelerating pace of life, snack foods business has been rapiddevelopment, while its logistics costs in the enterprise occupies a very largeproportion, reaching30-40%. Logistics distribution process is an important part, however, the current food distribution business in lower operating efficiency, reflected in the low utilization of vehicles, vehicle routing unreasonable, higher errorrate distribution and other issues. Therefore, study how to improve the efficiency offood logistics enterprises, reduce logistics costs for the development of enterpriseshave certain theoretical and practical significance. The main contents are as follows:(1) describes the background and significanceof food companies in the logistics and distribution process.(2) an overview of theproblem of food distribution companies. Elaborated the concept of food distributionand food distribution characteristics, through questionnaires to analyze the distributionof food companies in the problems; for food distribution in the path of the vehiclecargo stowage and related theories elaborated, combining the characteristics ofenterprises for food distribution upload and conducted research related to the vehiclepath defined.(3) establish a food business distribution optimization model. Foodcompanies to establish the appropriate cargo stowage and loading vehicle routingmodel, and then analyze the relationship between loading and vehicle path between thetwo, the related units, uniform variables, establish vehicle loading vehicle routingproblem with defined according to combined path optimization model.(4) thevehicle loading and distribution route optimization model portfolio. First describes thebasic way to solve the paper used in the model, these methods are comparative, selectthe genetic algorithm as a method of calculation model; then the basic theory ofgenetic algorithms for a simple exposition, conducted on the basis of the basic geneticalgorithm on the improvement of its specific design for the model of the paper, and bythe completion of the MATLAB programming algorithm implementation; finallyverified by examples demonstrate the feasibility of the method. The main conclusion of the paper:(1) the food business by building vehiclesloading and route portfolio optimization model and apply it to our daily lives, enhancethe company’s logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.(2) the establishment ofcargo stowage and vehicle routing portfolio optimization model that simultaneously takes into account both the load factor, volume and vehicle routing aspects of thevehicle, through improved genetic algorithm allows to model both can be optimizedsimultaneously.Dissertation are:(1) Based on the problems of food distribution, taking intoaccount the relationship between the cargo stowage both vehicle routing, cargostowage and established portfolio while optimizing vehicle routing model.(2)The improved algorithm is applied to the legacy of cargo stowage and vehiclerouting portfolio optimization model which broadens the application of geneticalgorithms. The main conclusion of the study paper:(1) the food business bybuilding vehicles loading and route portfolio optimization model and apply it to ourdaily lives, enhance the company’s logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.(2)the establishment of cargo stowage and vehicle routing portfolio optimization modelthat simultaneously takes into account both the load factor, volume and vehiclerouting aspects of the vehicle, through improved genetic algorithm allows to modelboth can be optimized simultaneously.Dissertation are:(1) Based on the problems of food distribution, taking intoaccount the relationship between the cargo stowage both vehicle routing, cargostowage and established portfolio while optimizing vehicle routing model.(2)Theimproved algorithm is applied to the legacy of cargo stowage and vehicle routingportfolio optimization model which broadens the application of genetic algorithms.
