Galvanized equipment, especially for heat exchange, is widely used in industry.Hydrochloric acid cleaning is required for the surface of the galvanized equipment is oftencovering by fouling. However, an effective inhibitor is necessary since there is a reactionbetween zinc and acid. Therefore, developing an inhibitor with excellent corrosion inhibitionfor galvanized equipment in hydrochloric acid cleaning is of great economic significance andbroad application prospects.In this thesis, several materials are selected as good inhibitors in hydrochloric acidmedium for zinc, by examining the corrosion rate of zinc in3%HCl medium withone-component inhibitor using gravity method. The hexadecyl pyridine bromide,triethylamine, benzaldehyde and cinnamaldehyde are considered to be future reached. Theratio of two components is determined by comparing the corrosion phenomenon ofone-component and synergistic effect of the corrosion results. The optimal concentration ofcorrosion inhibitor is found by studying the corrosion rate of zinc in3%HCl medium, withdifferent concentrations of inhibitor. Finally it is possible to continue to study corrosioninhibitor with corrosion rate of the external environment changes such as, hydrochloric acidconcentration, time, temperature, etc. and measure the corrosion effect by studying thecorrosion effect of zinc in3%HCl medium under different temperature with adsorptiontheory and electrochemical polarization curve and mechanism of corrosion effect is discussed.Based on the results above, it is known that there is synergistic effect between differentcorrosion materials. Better corrosion effect can be get with less corrosion material bycomparing the synergistic effect of single-component, it is necessary to expand the lookingscope of the corrosion inhibitor. The adsorption of corrosion inhibitor with differentcomponents on the surface of zinc is more integral due to their synergy, and the ability toresist the external environment change is enhanced.It is crucial to develop a highly efficient composite inhibitor, which can resist theimpurity in the working medium, temperature, and other comprehensive factors forone-component corrosion inhibitors cannot meet the actual demand influenced by the effect ofcomplex natural factors and human factors in the process of practical application. This paperwill mainly get a hydrochloric acid cleaning corrosion inhibitor caller JSS of authigenicmembrane type for galvanized equipment with excellent corrosion performance by orthogonalexperiment method. The corrosion inhibitor JSS makes corrosion rate of JSS is0.2g·m-2·h-1. It has been discovered that the actual galvanized pipe corrosion effect of JSS is also perfect inhydrochloric acid cleaning. The development of the corrosion inhibitor fills the domesticblank in this field again, and at the high level in China. |
