Integrated use of method study, Simon’s decision theory and6s management, the main research the following:By means of program analysis, gang process chart and motion analysis, combined with the5W1H questions of technology and ECRS principle, it is deeply analyzed the blast feeding and blast furnace jobs, and found unreasonable places. Then we need do rational optimization, eliminating irrational aspects and integrating it into a production safe, efficient and reasonable process. Eventually we can get the efficiency of labor workers well. Because of continuous production ironworks and multiple types of jobs done in collaboration, we need use fishbone diagram analysis and behavioral decision theory to analyze the coordinate issues. According to the actual production of L ironworks, we give some suggestions and improvements, which can make the management and coordination problems can be solved ironworks. To improve the dirty, chaotic, poor behavior of L ironworks, we give the proposed concrete measures to improve the management combined with the actual production by way of6s site management theory. We discussed the system about the implementation of6S management activities. It is hoped that production site become clean, tidy, equipment failure rate has been significantly reduced, and safety awareness has been strengthened, so that employees can develop good work habits and maintain a positive working conditions.
