In recent years, there are increasing literatures on carbon nanotubes and grapheneoxide of the preparation of improved hummers method (referred as graphene briefly)which absorb the Carbonaceous Debris, these Carbonaceous Debris have muchimpact on the surface properties of carbon nanotubes and graphene. In this article, weuse two kinds of special biological probes: ascorbic acid (AA) and β-nicotinamideadenine dinucleotide (NADH), investigated the electrochemical behavior of carbonnanotubes which containing fragments, getting rid of fragments, re-adsorbingfragments and traditional graphite by the method of cyclic voltammograms scanning, founding the electrochemical behavior of carbon nanotubes which have the fragmentsand removed debris exsit remarkable difference. After remove debris, the electricalactivity of carbon nanotubes almost drop close to the traditional graphite. In addition,we also investigated the extraction process of debris and its composition. Also, withthe above two kinds of probe, using the differential pulse voltammetry, we study theelectroanalysis of the graphene which exsit the debris and without the debris, foundthere also have very significant difference between them and the electroanalysis of thelater became worse. It is concluded that the caronaceous debris have a great influenceon the electrochemical behavior of graphene.
