Base on SSD(spicies sensitivity distribution), Chinese aquatic organisms were studied, TBBPA and4-TBP were assessed throμgh water ecological assessment. Query acute and chronic toxicity data of four kinds of Chlorophenols substances in CNKI and ECOTOX, and the aquatic organisms were at different trophic levels. Used different evaluation software (ETX, burrlioz, sigmaplot) and fitting models, which processed and analysised PNEC (predicted no effect concentration) of four kinds of Chlorophenols substances. Compare and analysis their own characteristics and differences among different countries official software and commercial software, then determined which software that would assesse HC5of TBBPA and4-TBP. Under laboratory conditions, the toxicity data for aquatic organisms of different species of TBBPA and4-TBP, which were derived by SSD used the detemined software and fitting models. The results showed that the PNEC of pentachlorophenol2-chloro-phenol,2,4-dichlorophenol and2,4,6-trichlorophenol were:7.83μg/L,342.54μg/L,60.73μg/L and243.76μg/L, respectively. PNEC of TBBPA was42.92μg/L; PNEC of4-TBP is46.93μg/L, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for ecological risk assessment of China.
