There are abundant coals, absent petroleum and lean natural gases in China. China’s energy development mainly relies on the extensive use of coal resources. Nearly30years, with the development of China, coal resource is scarcity gradually and serious environmental pollution is caused by burning. Biomass is renewable and abundant in China. It is very important way to solve the energy shortage that biomass is used effectively. There is a way to solve the shortage energy problem that jointing use of biomass and coal. Co-gasification of biomass and coal not only make the complementary nature of the two, but also get clean energy, which is a positive meaning on improving the utilization of biomass taste and riching sound of coal gasification technology.Gasification process can be divided into the pyrolysis process and gasification process. Shenhua bituminous coal and tobacco stems from Guizhou scrap tobacco companies are chosen to carry the experiment. Carrier gas flow rate, alkali metal elements have been studied to find the differences among these reactions. In order to examine kinetics properties of the different proportion of coal gasification, the Shenhua coal and tobacco stems are mixed with different ratios to carry the gasification experiments. The Shenhua coal with Chinese tobacco stems are studied using simultaneous SDT-MS-FTIR technique. The experimental results show that:(1) Heating rate affects the degree of conversion of coal gasification and conversion method, the faster heating rate is, the lower the conversion rate;(2) Gas flow rate influences on the gasification reaction and carbonate decomposition;(3) The alkali metals in the tobacco stems play an important role in the co-gasification of coal and tobacco stems;(4) In10%,20%,30%,40%,50%for the proportion of mixed biomass and Shenhua coal mixture, mixing ratio of20%is the best. |
