| In recent years, China’s coal chemical industry developed rapidly, but the waste generated by coal chemical industry contains a large number of toxic and hazardous substances, including phenolic wastewater containing organic pollutants, oil, polycyclic and so on. The overall nature of the performance of high concentrations of phenols and oil, toxic and inhibitory substances more difficult to achieve biochemical process complete degradation of organic pollutants pose a serious pollution to the environment. Therefore, waste water treatment related research is one of the domestic research topics.Datang Keqi gasification project is an coal conduct project, the site is located within Keshiketengqi Chifeng, Datang International Keqi coal gasification project is the use of peripheral rich reserves of lignite and local water conditions, the use of crushed coal gasification, transform crude gas, gas cooling, low temperature methanol wash, the international advanced technology to produce synthetic natural gas and other by-products more wastewater generated. Due to local natural conditions are harsh, fragile ecosystems, environmental capacity, so in accordance with the relevant requirements, requires companies to make environmental protection. Therefore, wastewater reuse after treatment must meet the requirements of zero emissions. Therefore, Datang International Keqi coal gasification project open to the public tender supporting businesses wastewater treatment project, after the evaluation of the enterprise wastewater treatment project construction, has operated for nearly two years. Evaluation for the company to continue to carry out similar projects in the waste water treatment projects with Datang International Keqi after gasification wastewater treatment projects better reference, and coal chemical industry wastewater treatment project will have a certain significance.In this paper, the gas wastewater treatment, post evaulation concepts and content are summarized, combined with Datang Keqi’s actual situation, the project implementation process, economic, social and environmental impacts were analyzed and evaluated, from the implementation process of the project, economic social and environmental impact of the construction, a post-evaluation index system is created,using FAHP to calculated to give the final calculation, the calculation results and the actual proved the index system and evaluation methods practicality. The results are given for the recommendations, in order to provide reference for relevant projects coal gas wastewater treatment. |
