High-pressured Airless Spray Painting technology which is acted as an importantpart of industry, has been widely used in all the fields of life. However, the existingelectric-driven high pressure airless sprayer is of high wear rate in components, worseimpact in power system, weak auto-controlling ability, and difficult to guarantee sprayatomization issues. All of these restricted the technology development ofhigh-pressured airless spray greatly. Based on the transformation project of coatingproduction lines in Chongqing particular enterprise, the paper studies the keystructural components of electric-driven plunger high-pressured airless sprayer andpressure control system.In the study of key structural components, the spray heads and power device aremainly analyzed. As a component of high-pressure airless spray atomization, thestructure of spray head will affect the fluidic state of painting materials, which isdirectly related to the effect of spray atomization. By using FLUENT software, thepaper simulates painting materials flowing conditions in spray heads and analyzes theimpact of its inner structures on the jet pressure gradient, velocity change and sprayflow, which provide a reference for the selection and improvement of the heads. Sincepower device is the core of the high-pressure airless sprayer, the author chooses abrushless DC motor as a power source, designs the secondary gear reduction structure,analyzes the deficiency of traditional O-type sealing ways, and puts forward one newimproved sealing way, which will be applied to the improved designed body ofhigh-pressure plunger pump.The design of accurate pressure control system is another key point of this paper.In the design, the author takes high-performance DSP as the core to build sprayerpressure control system. The specific design will be discussed in two parts. The firstpart is the data acquisition and processing, which is the premise of accurate pressurecontrol. It mainly includes the selection of sensor and driver chips, the design ofhardware circuit system and some of the major programs. The second part of thecontrol system design studies speed control of the brushless DC motor, this part is adirect realization of pressure control, which mainly includes a brushless DC motordouble-loop feedback control strategy design, the improvement of PID controlalgorithm, the design of motor drive control circuit and the related procedures of motor speed regulation.Both the design and analysis of the key structure of the electric-driven plungerpneumatic airless sprayer and the build of the accurate pressure control system lay thefoundation for the completion of further overall transformation of the product line.Moreover, they also contribute to the technological development of pneumatic airlessspray.
