Carbonization is the classic question of durability,which has been take attention formore than half a century, fully carbonation of concrete will cause steel corrosion, resulting inits area reduced, and a series of negative consequences that lead to bar damage betweenconcrete and reinforcing bar, cracking of concrete cover, eventually reduce the durability ofthe concrete structure,and finally reduce the service life. At present, various components andbuilding materials the human use, has a certain timeliness.As the extension of use fixednumber of year, its function will reduce gradually, and even failure. There is no exceptionthat the filling body used as mine filling of. For the mining industry, known as the highwater solidified filling body is exposed to natural atmosphere and eventually loss of moisture,soon be carbide, lost strength,and bearing capacity. Therefore, investigation of filling bodystability, is an important part of the filling theory research is indispensable. Stability studies,mainly inspects pack for strain capacity of the external environment change, air CO2carbideis one of the most important, etc.In order to better understand and grasp the high water swelling materials, backfillingconsolidated fill material filling body under different conditions of carbonation depth andcarbonization rate. We pack carbonization experiment was carried out in the laboratory,prevent carbonization test, protective carbonation test and water to pack the influence ofcarbonization test; In the experiment we obtained more accurate rate of carbonation depthof fill and related data, verify the carbonation depth of fill and the carbonization rate ofrelevant laws by using simple and practical test method for carbide; Put forward a set ofsystem about the carbonation depth of fill and the related mechanism of carbonation rate andtheory;studies the influence pack carbonation depth and the influence factors ofcarbonization rate and from the macro and micro two aspects analyzes the pack the carbidestructure; Evaluated the influence on the property of the filling body endurance carbide, putsforward the filling body protection carbide and further improve the measures andSuggestions. This results fill the domestic blank about filling body carbonation depth andrate of research and have great reference on carbonation depth and rate in other areas ofresearch also.
