Sea field is a huge oil treasure for us, it contains unexpected oil and gas resources. So far, the amount of oil and gas resource in the world of the sea area which we known is more than about1000cubic meters, Have found several large oil and gas fields in deep water and its reserves are close absolutely square meters. In the shortest time with the least amount of money to develop the most oil resources, is our ultimate goal, Only in this way we can make effective economic development, only in this way we can reduce the pressure of our experiences in oil and gas resources. In the deep oil and gas exploration and development, we can see the deepwater drilling is a very important link, the deepwater drilling is one of the necessary conditions for the deep development. Due to the marine complicated geological condition, and it different with the land geological environment, and the land deepwater drilling will be affected by many factors, Many of the problems we facing in the deepwater drilling is inevitable, especially the geological disasters of gas hydrated and shallow water flow, will bring many problems for deepwater drilling operation, abroad a lot of deep water drilling operation practice shows that drilling in deep natural gas hydrate, shallow gas and shallow water surface is one of the most key link in the deepwater drilling success or failure, so the shallow geological disaster prediction is very necessary.As the country’s increasing demand for energy, the continuous development of petroleum industry, shallow sea and land for exploration of oil and gas reserves, less and less, oil and gas exploration work will gradually from the shallow sea to the development of Marine deep water area, therefore, the petroleum exploration and development technology in our country, especially in deep water drilling technology more higher requirements are put forward.Deep water oil and gas field development and conventional Marine oil and gas field development has great difference, China’s deep-water exploration work is in its infancy, although already start deep water technology system research, but has not been effective to deep-water technique and theory system, more no actual work experience can be provided and used as a reference, to solve the problem of deep water technology, can only rely on a lot of expensive help of foreign companies. Therefore we need carry out deepwater drilling operation and related technology research, and through the cooperation with foreign companies to learn, imitate, introducing and grasp, to form the characteristics of deep water which is a complete set of assignments and technology of China.This paper introduces shallow geological hazards problems which faced by the deepwater drilling, the paper analyzes the current situation of deepwater drilling disaster accident, for a variety of shallow formation mechanism of geological hazards, harm have a detail discussion, on the basis of the existing data, by adopting the technology of velocity field, the inversion and attribute analysis technology for a variety of shallow geological disaster prediction for the validation. Summarizes a set of shallow geological disaster prediction process.Through the analysis and study of shallow geological disasters, we concluded that a set of shallow geological disaster process as follows:first of all in collecting data and digest on the basis of predecessors’ achievements for seismic structural interpretation of the collected data and well logging and geology research; Secondly according to the hand, through the three instantaneous processing, attribute analysis and inversion, velocity field and pressure prediction technology means to identify the shallow geological disasters; At last, by some shallow geological disaster response to determine the section of the disaster have common disasters may occur.
