Study On The Depth Of Urbanization From The Perspective Of The Population Ecology In Minhang

As the expansion of Shanghai downtown area，Minhang district, atfer years ofrapid development, its economy rapidly expand, population growth is rapid,expanding regional urbanization, urbanization degree is becoming more and moremature, from a certain indicators such as population, administrative zones, land use,economic structure, the Minhang district’s urbanization rate is very high, but thequality of urbanization is not so satisifed.In the process of high-speed urbanization,the relationship between people and land is tension, various population ecologicalproblems have become increasingly prominent, and the existing traditional economicand social development pattern is unsustainable，which bring a serious influence tominhang’s healthy and rapid development. The depth of the urbanization driven byinnovation,developed by transformation, improving and focusing on quality isinevitable.The focus of deep urbanization is quality improvement, and which is focuson the sustainable development of population ecology that is to coordinate therelationship between population and land.This article analyze the coordinateddevelopment of population and land resources from the perspective of populationecology, which is the concrete embodiment of sustainable development and is also thepremise of realize the depth of the urbanization.Population ecology refers to a state of balance and stability not only within thepopulation system, but also between population and economic and social system, thatis,a harmony state between "population and land system". From different perspectivesof administration urbanization, household registration urbanization, land urbanizationand job urbanization, this paper teases out the development process of urbanization,seizes the characteristics and changes of the relationship between people and land,analyzes the changes of population ecology and land ecology respectively, on thebasis of which analyzes the relationship between population and landcomprehensively.This paper uses the CA-MARCOV model to predict the change of landuse in the future and the change direction. Use this data and the economic data, landuse regression model，predicts the future population trends.Finally，this papersummarizes the urban ecological problems that the current development mode isunsustainable, the pace of urbanization is different, not only the problems of peopleecological is sharp, a new dual structure is highlighted, disorder, of land systemstructure, low eiffciency, intensive poor, and the city nature of sleeping needs to bechanged, tension of person, whole population ecological system is unsustainable.Fromthis depth of urbanization countermeasures，suggestions are put forward:1)The overall urban planning to adapt it to function orientation;2)In accordance with the "livableappropriate industry" guide, design features and industry;3)Control the population,and optimize the structure of population, improve population quality;4)Prevent newbinary relation, attaches great impotrance to the relationship between local floatingpopulation;5)Adjust the structure of land, improve land productivity, earnestly protectcultivated land resources;6丄and Jobs，coordinated to the development of population.
