With the application of flammable, explosive gas more and more in the industrial field continues to expand, make our country a lot of factories and enterprises are facing enormous risks of these combustible gas brought in the production process, the typical alkanes, alcohols, benzene and hydrocarbon gases, flammable, explosive not only, but also usually poisonous, so whether they are in the process of transportation, the use of these gases in, must be considered for its safety, once because in the process of using improper operation or management is not good and the occurrence of leakage, the gas in contact with air and mixed, extremely easy to evolve the fatal explosion mixture and cause a fire, pose a serious threat to the state, enterprises and people’s life. Therefore, it is more important for the security problem of combustible gas, regardless of the combustible gas storage, or the gas transportation vehicles, safety measures are needed to nip in the bud, so only by advanced science and technology, monitoring equipment with safe and reliable to assist the prevention. Combustible gas alarm controller is belong to this class can instrument automatic monitoring combustible gas safety, this controller usually appearance, convenient operation, no pollution, simple, but according to the current situation of controller of the domestic point of view, a lot of combustible gas alarm controller circuit aging, even longer, some techniques are not up to the standard countries, the initiative, the alarm accuracy is very unstable, which brings potential risks. Therefore, using advanced technology to develop a stable performance, reliable monitoring of combustible gas alarm controller is very necessary.So, a new type of combustible gas alarm controller was developed. Firstly, the domestic and foreign development and research status of the combustible gas alarm controller for combustible gas expansion review; after the development of the alarm core technology and theory of the controller are described; on the basis of the feasibility of this design and functional requirements and performance requirements of specific in-depth analysis; as a guide, the combustible gas alarm controller hardware circuit is designed, the main design includes gas concentration detection circuit, analog digital conversion circuit, communication circuit, clock circuit, control circuit, power supply circuit, display circuit, alarm circuit; the design of the key part of the software, mainly has the main control program, adjustable zero subroutine, subprogram, linear processing, alarm subroutine, interrupt subroutine, RS485communication value; finally, the development of combustible gas alarm controller for debugging and testing, and evaluation on the economic benefit and social benefit. In this research, has the important significance for the monitoring capability of combustible gas alarm controller, will be conducive to China’s petroleum chemical industry and other related enterprises in the level monitoring and control of the combustible gas to ascend to a higher degree.
