Research On Mining Schemes Optimization Of7~#High Seam In Dalong Mine

The Mining schemes of High Seam in Dalong Mine mainly uses the top-coal caving mining, the technology of one-pass mining and slicing method. But due to problems such as tunneling of the high cost and strong self inflammability by using slicing method, meanwhile the top-coal caving mining and the technology of one-pass mining also existing problems posed by coal recovery rate, self inflammability and high tonnage equipment etc. So choose safe, efficient and economic feasibility coal mining schemes is the major technical hurdles that the Dalong Mine is facing.In this paper, the object that we researched is7#high seam in Dalong Mine. Apparently, by using some similar mines those have successful experience with high seam mining schemes selection, using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, original choosing through fuzzy clustering and eventual choosing through fuzzy integrated judge to confirm an optimized mining scheme.By building technical feasibility proposal, original choosing using the theory of fuzzy clustering to build Fuzzy similarity matrix. Furthermore, by using dynamic direct cluster to cluster analysis and determine optimal confidence level, it can be concluded the best classification.The key of fuzzy integrated judg is to build weight matrix and membership matrix. It uses Analytic Hierarchy Proeess (AHP) method when seeking for weight matrix. Combining nature determined analyze and quantify fixed analyze to build membership matrix. By building membership function to determine fuzzy subjection degree for diverse quantitative indexes. Meanwhile, It uses fuzzy preference compositor method which belongs to fuzzy duality contrast method when seeking for fuzzy subjection degree for qualitative indexes.In this paper, by using the method of fuzzy integrated judge and maximum membership principle, Finally, we have the conclusion that the fullfill full-height mining scheme is the best for7#coal seam in Dalong Mine. Furthermore, according to the actual situation of7#coal seam, confirm the specific arrangement of7#coal seam mining schemes and reasonable coal mining technology parameters, it also offers academic supports and experience help for mining schemes selection of high seam in Dalong Mine.
