The technology of nitrogen injection goaf inertia suppression is more extensive application in the spontaneous combustion of coal, but there still exist some key technologies need to be resolved according to the specific conditions of semi-closed application of goaf, for example the radius of nitrogen injection.nitrogen injection mode etc. based on the research of "three zones of gob", inert injection parameters in Hongyan coal mine is put forward,to achieve the purpose of goaf explosion suppression.Based on the Hongyan coal mine working face in mining process, the friction surface and spark produced by the mutually hits of goaf caving rock friction, lead to the mine shaft fire hazard to produce and the worked-out section burns without flames. Through optimization of goaf gas explosion prevention scheme, combined with technological conditions of the Hongyan coal industry company, a comprehensive analysis of various internal disaster methods in goaf of governance, finally using the method of nitrogen injection inerting goaf gas, and according to the beam tube monitoring results has carried on the note nitrogen design and implements in the4405working face.The main conclusion:according to the law of gas emission and distribution, through beam tube sampling and monitoring, optimization and implementation, based on the analysis of the beam tube monitoring results and past experience, the radius of nitrogen injection of the4405working face is20m, the volume of nitrogen injection is4000m3,the time is5.5h with the method of intermittent nitrogen injection, strengthen the daily management, introduced the Long-term mechanism of disaster prevention through nitrogen injection. After the preliminary design and optimization of the nitrogen injection program, during implementing the nitrogen injection in the goaf, it playing an important role in dilution and inerting the harmful gases, turning the area with gas disaster to the safe area, the gas concentration dropped to below5%. The effect of nitrogen injection to achieve the expected goal, ensure the goaf security.
