Liquid-air hammer is used in aerospace, automobile other fields,because large energy conversion and the time is short in the process of working,so impact on equipment is very large. The foring is work object of liquid-air hammer, so the species and mechanical properties of work object will affect it directly, and at the same time liquid-air hammer working is base on foring species. So research on mechanical properties change of forging at process of forming is very important for design of liquid-air hammer. Mechanical parts are always emergency fatigue breaking, The lever of liquid-air hammer is one of them, so this article analysis fatigue life of it in the theory of fatigue damage.40Tm of one aeroengine factory as the research object in this article, analysis change of mechanical properties at forging molding by theories of elastic-plastic mechanics, thermal-mechanical coupling. This article simulate forging model by LS-DYNA, analysis mechanical properties change of forging at different impact energy, because mechanical properties change of forging affect impact load directly, at the same time affect the mechanical properties of lever, and fatigue life will change. So analysis fatigue life of lever at different working conditions, including different impact energy, impact velocity and temperature of forging. Calculate fatigue life of lever in theory of Miner and numerical fitting for the results by MATLAB, analysis change law of fatigue life.At the same time study life change of lever at field test.
