Absorption and pressure combined dedusting system which uses distributingwind principle, is a better available way to control the dust pollution in the coalpreparation process of coking plants, because it can realize the dust directionaldiversion and efficient collection. Throttle self-excitation water curtain deduster isused as dedusting device of absorption and pressure combined dedusting system,because it has excellent performance to enhance the effect of dust removal. Thepartial clean air stream which is treated by deduster is reintroduced into pressure pipeas airflow source of pressure pipe to achieve recycling flow. In this paper, two waysincluding theoretical analysis and model test are used to study on the particledistribution under different flow field structural parameters in the crushing plant tofind the most optimal flow structure parameters.The movement of dust particle in the dusty air is the result of joint forces actedon the particle. In the process of crushing plant’s ventilation and dust removal, theaerodynamic drag, gravity and buoyancy are the main forces and others can beignored due to the small dust particle size. The motion equation of dust particles in theair is obtained based on the force analysis, and showed that the main factor to controldust movement and diffusion in crushing plants the airflow which has a greatrelationship with directional diversion and efficient capture dust particles.An experimental model of absorption and pressure combined dedusting systemby geometric proportion6:1is built on the basis of gas-solid two-phase flow andsimilarity theory. The research centers on both of the pipe network structures andairflow characteristics. The impacted of pressure pipe nozzle distance, nozzle aperturesize and distance between absorption/pressure pipe nozzle and the test wall on thedust concentration is studied; The dust removal effect under different proportion andwind volume between absorption and pressure effect space is explored.The influence factors of secondary blowing dust which is testified in this paperthat it contains the interior flow field obstacles, dust particle size, experimental windand dust moisture is studied based on the model experiment platform of absorptionand pressure combined dedusting system. Finally the reasonable arrangementproportion and wind volume of absorption and pressure airflow, and pipe networkstructures are obtained based on the research of migration law of dust deposition anddust dispersion in the coal preparation process of coking plants.
