Scraper conveyor is one of critical mechanical and electrical equipments infully-mechanized face. Remote monitoring and control for scraper conveyor is anecessary to achieve "little people" and "automation" in fully mechanized coal Face.Now the monitoring and control system for scraper conveyor only realized the localmonitoring, and there is no remote monitoring. It didn量t realize the integratedmonitoring and sharing of the transmission and electrical parameters for scraperconveyor. The paper studied the load identification of remote monitoring and controlsystem for scraper conveyor. It set up the networked remote monitoring and controlplatform for scraper conveyor. And it used the fuzzy recognition algorithm to realizethe intelligent recognition of the load for scraper conveyor. In addition, we designedthe remote monitoring software for scraper conveyor. The system can realize the stopcontrol based on the load status of scraper conveyor. The main contents of the thesisare showed as follows.(1) The paper analyzed the goal and function of the remote monitoring softwarefor scraper conveyor. We constructed the all architecture of remote monitoring andcontrol platform for scraper conveyor, and analyzed the airborne monitoring andcontrol system, crossheading remote monitoring and control system and groundremote monitoring and control system.(2) We constructed remote monitoring and control communication platform forscraper conveyor based on industrial Ethernet and wireless Mesh exchange network.And it realized the communication for airborne monitoring and control system andremote monitoring and control system, head airborne controller and the tail airbornecontroller, airborne communication between controller and combination switchcontroller, etc.(3) On the basis of the fixed delay stop control for scraper conveyor, itintroduced the time delay stop control based on load status for scraper conveyor. Inorder to ensure the right load status for scraper conveyor, it needed to ensure theaccuracy of the sensor data. So the paper researched the sensor status inspection basedon adaptive weighted fusion estimated algorithm. And it applied the fuzzy partition toscraper conveyor based on fuzzy logic and established the fuzzy decision model load.It verified the correctness of the model and algorithm through the actual operationparameters of the industrial test platform. And it designed the time delay stop controlsystem for scraper conveyor based on load status recognition in the S7-300PLC of the crossheading remote monitoring and control system.(4) It developed the remote monitoring and control software platform for scraperconveyor. And it mainly includes the scraper conveyor running status, load status,load curve, combination switch controller, and downtime monitoring and controlplatform. And the communication between the remote monitoring and control systemand the load fuzzy status recognizer of scraper conveyor was realized.We had taken the four months industrial test in Pingmei Group No.6Mine22210fully mechanized coal face in October2012. The field application proved that thesystem can reach the desired function. The system improves the automatic controllevel of scraper conveyor and offers excellent social and economic effectiveness.
