By mining abutment pressure effect, roadway layout of new type of double U tiledrainage lane in a coal face lateral bearing stress superposition area, surrounding rockdeformation is serious, especially the floor heave of roadway, cause great influence tothe mine safety production. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, in thecontrol of floor heave of gob-side entry driving in coal pillar in Yuwu Coal as theresearch target, With the combination methods of using field investigation andtheoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test, puts forward the controltechnology of floor heave of gob-side entry driving in coal pillar, and the researchachievement has been successfully applied to S1202working face in Yuwu Coal, themain research results are as follows:(1)By analyzing the stress distribution of surrounding rock of roadway underthe conditions of different coal pillar width and floor strata movement regularity, andahead of the abutment pressure and behind the working face roadway surrounding rockstress distribution and deformation regularity, mastered the basic regularity ofdeformation of gob-side entry driving in coal pillar.(2)The mechanism of floor heave of gob-side entry driving in coal pillar, putsforward the bolt support with high strength and high pre-tightening force, reinforceside and angle support and pier column reinforcement of surrounding rock controltechnology, using the numerical analysis by mining during pier column reinforcementeffect, identified the parameters of bolt support with high strength and highpre-tightening and pier column strengthening supporting parameters.(3)Applying the above results to S1202face tile row roadway in Yuwu Coal,through practice shows that this technology effectively control the floor heave ofS1202face tile row roadway, satisfy the use requirement during mining face, provedthe rationality and reliability of the floor heave control technology.
