China is rich in coal while lack of oil and nature gas, the energy structure determined coal utilization as the first place will not change in a long time. As the most important primary energy resource, more than80%coal is used for direct combustion, this lead large emission such as dust, nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides, in this context, clean coal technology is particularly important.Coal gasification as an important way of coal clean utilization, not only greatly reduces emissions of pollutants of the high sulfur coal, inferior coal combustion in the process, but also makes the syngas convenience to transport, and is also a basic raw material of various chemical processes. HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology is developed by possessing independent intellectual property rights of the Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Coal Chemical Engineering Limited Company, with the flexibility of its raw materials, high gasification efficiency, lower investment and higher process efficiency has been widely used in the coal chemical industry in our country.This paper researches the status and development trend of dry entrained flow gasification technology at home and abroad, compares with several typical gasification technology and simulates the gasification process based Aspen Plus, through the gasification consumption indicators and economy consumption indicators selects an optimum gasification process-HT-L coal gasification process. Based on HT-L coal gasification process model is set up in this paper, by using chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus to space, including grey water treatment furnace gasification process was simulated, and compared with the actual production data, to verify the exactness of the model, and analyzes the influence of oxygen coal ratio, steam coal ratio on gasification process, understand the basic rules of the gasification process. On this basis, the HT-L pulverized coal gasification process for the synthesis of heat exchanger network, using the pinch technology to gasification system use can be analyzed, clear the system consumption utility, reveal the optimizing direction of process and energy saving potential.
