Air pollution has become main issue of the environmental problems with thedevelopment of society. Microbial aerosols and atmospheric fine particulate matterare the most important pollutants in the air and are serious harm to human body health.Microbial aerosol and fine particulate matter were collected by an Andersen6-stageimpactor at Yanta campus, Chang’an university in Jul-Dec in2013. The results are asfollows:(1)Airborne microbial community has different structure under differentweather conditions. There were more gram-positive bacteria than the gram-negativebacteria in the air significantly, staphylococcus and micrococcus were the dominantbaceteria of baceteria, while cephalosporins, penicillium and aspergillus were thedominant baceteria of funges.(2)The density of microbial aerosols was different under different weather, Insunny days, the highest concentration of bacteria (820±33CFU·m-3) and fungimicrobial aerosols (430±28CFU·m-3) were both found in Nov. In maze days, thehighest concentration of bacteria (5200±299CFU·m-3) and fungi microbial aerosols(3548±295CFU·m-3) were both found in Oct. The peaks of the bacteria microbialaerosols were same in the sunny and haze days and were in the size range of2.1~3.3μm, the peaks of the fungi microbial aerosols were in the size range of2.1~3.3μm in the sunny days, while were in the size range of3.3~4.7μm in haze days, the ratio between Inhaled fungi aerosols and fungal aerosols was higher than itbetween inhaled bacteria aerosols in bacterial aerosols in sunny days significantly(P<0.05), but the former was lower in haze days(3) The correlation of bacteria〠Fungi microbial aerosols and the density ofPM2.5were better than bacteria〠Fungi microbial aerosols and the density of PM1insunny days whereas the former were worse than latter in haze days. |
