Along with the social economic development and population growth, thecontradiction between land utilization way and ecological environment is more and moreprominent. Research upsurge about the relationship between the change of land use andecological environment is lif in the international range, the land use and land coverchange is identified as the core content of global environmental change, and thenon-market value of natural resources is stipulated a part of the national economicaccounting system; In China, since the18th CPC National Congress, the construction ofecological civilization is referred to the unprecedented height. Each service provided byecosystem is closely related to human survival, present situation of land use changes haveeffect on ecosystem types and structures, which affect the ecosystem service function, sothe research about the influence of present situation of land use change on ecosystemservice value, mastering the influence of the ecological service value change to thesensitive class,is of great significance for the regional land resources rational utilizationand ecological environment protection.The research analyses the land use status data of Shenmu County in Shaanxiprovince in year2004,2006,2008,2010and2012in detail, respectively from threeaspects of the land use changes quantity, speed and degree, with the amount of land usechange, land use dynamic degree, land use degree index and degree of land use changerate index to research land use change from2004to2012of Shenmu County. Based onthe research results of Costanza and Gaodi Xie, using "based on farmland area correction"method to obtain the Shenmu County yield per unit area ecosystem service value, in orderto estimate the different periods of various kinds of ecosystem service value of ShenmuCounty, and analyze its changes. Analysis the influence of present situation of land use onecosystem service value of Shenmu County, use the ecological service value sensitivityindex, ecological service value change rate and grey slope correlation coefficient andother indexes to reflect the relationship between the ecosystem service value and land use change in Shenmu County.The results show that:(1) During the study period, the ecological service valueamount of Shenmu County has increased by1.191billion, it grew rapidly in2004-2010,then slower after2010.Forest ecosystem service value increased most in all ofthe ecosystem types, from2.711billion to4.898billion, a44.65%increase in the total,the lawn service value reduced most, in totally reduced amount of8.48million.(2) Theecological service value was most sensitive to the per unit area of forest ecosystemservice value change,and was most sensitive to the area change of the wetland and water.Ecological service value amount change curves was almost agree with the forestecosystem service value’s, it showed that the relationship between forest land andecological service value amount was the most closely.
