| people’s demand for industrial products is growing with industrial development,at the same time, a large number of industrial wastewater is discharged, it isparticularly serious in some dye wastewater, the wastewater dyes usually containssome complex organic functional groups, these functional groups are stable, the coloris vividly and it have strong ability to absorb light, so it not only affects the light paththrough sexual in the water, but also it have toxicity to organisms in the water, whenthese dyes have enter into the source water, plants and animals in water will facegreater harm because those dyes can not be oxidized and broken down. Althoughthere are already some dye wastewater treatment methods and materials, but theprocessing efficiency of these methods are not very high, and the preparation processof some materials is too complicated and cumbersome to operate, and it is also toovariable and difficult to control. Clay is an inexpensive natural inorganic mineraladsorbent, while it has a weakly adsorption capacity, therefore, so some modificationare required in order to increase its value, There are not much information in this areaat present. In this paper, According to the properties and structural characters ofpalygorskite clay, we carried out the purification and activating treatment ofpalygorskite clay. the rough pre-processing of the modified and made the preparationprocess of combining the organic surface graft modification to complete in improvingthe adsorption performance while maximizing the use of cheap clay mineral tosynthetic absorbent material as a carrier, The paper also carried out systematicresearch on the optimizing choice of materials, synthesis conditions, characterizationof materials, adsorption properties and adsorption theory simulation. the feasibility theadsorption process was verified by using different kinetic equation. Meanwhile, westudied the adsorption isotherm and thermodynamic aspects by using computationalmethod. This thesis consists of three chapters:The first chapter summarized some basic types of dyes, the development andcurrent situation of the adsorbent material and some treatment methods of the organicwastewater. The purpose, significance and content were also motioned. In the second chapter, a cationic composite adsorbent was prepared, its structuralcharacterization, optimization of synthesis conditions and simulated adsorption tomethylene blue were also studied. Furthermore, we studied the changes of theadsorption process in the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics. In the third chapter, an anionic adsorbent material was prepared. its preparationconditions, structural characterization and simulated adsorption to methylene bluewere also studied. The relevant theoretical research and data processing wereconducted. |
