Blisk is one of the core components of high thrust-weigh ratio aeroengine, the blades and discare designed as a whole and replaced the connection structure comprised of tenons, mortises andlock blades, which can reduce the number of parts, lighten the weight of components, improvedthrust-weight ratio and reliability. Blisk have twisted blade which surface is very complex, withnarrow cascade channels and diffucult to cut materials, the manufacture of blisk is very diffucult.Electrochemical machining (ECM) is an kind of special machining technique and the mechanismof material removal is anodic dissolution in electrochemical reaction. ECM has many advantagessuch as no tool loss, excellent surface quality, high production efficiency, no limitations of cuttingproperty of metal materials, etc. ECM has become one of the main processing methods in bliskmanufacture.The ECM of blisk can be divided into two steps as machining of blisk channel and blade profilefinishing, this dissertation mainly studies the radial feeding ECM mechod of cascade channel. Themain research contents are as follows:(1) Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation analysis for flow field of radial feedingECM of cascade channel was employed. The CFD simulation results indicated that the pressureloss of electrolyte flow channel will increase with the feed of tool, the electrolyte flow rate inmachining gap will decrease, and the probability of short circuit will increase greatly.(2) This dissertation puts forward radial feeding ECM of cascade channel with progressivelypressure electrolyte flow. The CFD simulation results indicated that the electrolyte flow rate inmachining gap could keep stable with progressively pressure.(3) The researches of blisk channel electrochemical machining were carried out. Duringmachining, increase electrolyte inlet pressure gradually by servo valve, the tool feed rate andproduction efficiency were improved greatly. The machining result indicated that the processingquality of hub was improved.
