| Laser Remanufacturing technology is used to repair damaged parts. It makes the damagedparts to return to the original dimensions and mechanical properties. For poor working conditions,Aero-engine components most are made of hard to machine material. The new parts cost high, sothat it provides a broad application space for Laser Remanufacturing. Aircraft engine blades oftenappear surface failure such as wear and tear, flaking, loss corner in the service process. Theremanufacturing process has been researched to improve the life of the blades.Aircraft engine blades most are made of nickel-based superalloy. In the subject, we havechosen nickel-based GH4169as the repair matrix, chose nickel-based FGH95powder as repairmaterial. The impact of various process parameters on the remanufacturing parts has been studiedthrough single factor process test. As the transition region of the matrix and restoration area,bonding zone has a direct impact on the mechanical properties of remanufactured parts. This paperfocused on the bonding region, completed following work:The thermal effects of laser and solidification of materials has been researched. We hassimulated the remanufacturing process with finite element software ANSYS. The effect of processparameters on the temperature field has been studies to preliminary optimize process parameters.Single factor process test has been done to study the effect of process parameters on themacro morphology and to analyse the forming quality.The metallography of bonding zone has been analysed to study the effect of processparameters on the morphology and dimension of bonding zone. We has found that laser power,scanning speed have much effect on the morphology and dimension of bonding zone. Whileoverlap rate and power feed rate have less effect.The microstructure of molten pool has been analysed to research the effect of processparameters on the crystal refinement and microscopic loose. The microstructure quality control ofmolten pool has been studied.Remanufacturing experiment with optimized process parameters has been done. The result ofmechanical properties testing of remanufacturing sample shows that the process parameters arerational. |
