Relevant personnelin the mid80’s concept of the blisk in the aspects of engine structure design. It is theblade and disc as a whole, simplifies the rotor structure, connecting of the original modeof tenon and mortise is cancelled.The blisk structure, can significantly improve the ratio, reduce the weight of theengine, improve the utilization rate, increase the engine reliability and service life of gastransmission engine, is the development trend of the next step engine, will entirelyreplace the structure shaped leaf disc type of the modern tradition.But for domestic, the blisk surface polishing treatment process is in the stage ofexploration. It is difficult to guarantee the manufacturing accuracy, seriously restrictedthe quality of the blisk. Therefore, the developing aeroengine blisk of CNC abrasive beltgrinding technology, has very important significance analysis of machining process ofthe blisk profile grinding.The topic is for the key elements of structure characteristics, aeroengine bliskmaterial properties, surface belt grinding characteristics. Researches are on the grindingprocess of the blisk profile, and the results lay the foundation of the final realization ofthe blisk for the fully automatic CNC abrasive belt grinding processing, reducingprocessing costs, improving processing efficiency, upgrading blisk processing quality.The main research work of the project completed as follows:(1)Researche on the material grinding characteristics of blisk of titanium alloy andnickel base alloys, and for the blisk special structural characteristics and surface feature,propose a suitable for blisk’s entire surface grinding and polishing: the approximate onplaten belt grinding method and grinding with flexible process for polishing is suitablefor the surface of the blisk.(2)Researche on the abrasive belt grinding characteristics for blisk.Researche onblade surface of grinding theory of correlation, analysis of machine tool motion in thegrinding process, so as to select the best scheme of abrasive belt grinding.The grindingequipment is to determine the basis of related theories.(3)Based on determining the structure type of grinding equipment, through the discussion of the process of the advantages and disadvantages forblisk mill head, toolmagazine type, inside and outside the arc belt grinding robot grinding equipment andprogram in UG environment, obtained a suitable for blisk the surface grinding process.(4)To do the experiment in the six axis CNC abrasive belt grinding machine forgrinding experiment of blisk.Though the measurements of before and after blisk surfacegrinding roughness, validate the belt grinding of plate is suitable for Aeroengine blisksurface polishing. |
