Circular runout error is one of the most important precision index of precision shaftparts, but its measurement technology is a weak link in the field of geometricalmeasurement. the traditional measurement method is based on the geometry tolerancesystem, of which the data collection, evaluation model and method have largerapproximation and randomness.Therefore, circular run-out measurement research hasbecome a current problem in the field of precision measurement technology that need tobe solved urgently need.According to actual processing need of a textile machinerycompany, we design a new type of shaft diameter and the circular run-out measuringmachine.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:(1)By learning the measuring theoretical knowledge and measurement technologyand referring to the home and abroad measurement technology,.Through analysis wedetermine the best measurement method of the shaft diameter and the shaft circle, and onthis basis we make sure the measuring principle of this machine.(2)According to the determined measurement principle,we design the shaft diameterand axial circular runout measuring mechanism.To ensure the measure precision of theworkpiece, we select several multiple points measuring analysis as far as possible toreduce the analysis error.(3)To ensure stiffness,we complete the stiffness and modal analysis of host part bythe application of ANSYS software without the host in the process of measuring vibrationeffects on measurement results.(4)we determine the measurement process of axle shaft diameter circular run-outmeasuring machine and improve its hardware and measurement software,.the measuringmachine is equipped with a laser marking machine and the sound and light alarm device,tomark and separate artifacts of qualified and unqualified artifacts.
