In the field of oil production industry of China, with onshore oil entering exploitationstage of high moisture content, the development of oil extraction technology put forwardhigher requirements for oil measurement. However,the state of two-phase fluid flow in oilwell downhole is very complex, The difficulty of measuring the flow is great. This paperdeeply studies two-phase flow measurement for oil well downhole based onelectromagnetic flow transducer.Firstly, To solve the problem of the traditional electromagnetic flow meter measuringsingle-phase flow in two-phase flow measurement, this paper studies the point electrodeand the arc electrode electromagnetic flowmeter weighting function and provides atheoretical basis for two-phase flow electromagnetic flow sensor electrode structureoptimization. laying a theoretical foundation for the structure optimization ofelectromagnetic flow transducer electrode. Meanwhile, it studies the magnetic fielddistribution characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter sensors. The three-dimensionalmodel of a rectangular excitation structure and a saddle excitation the structure sensor isestablished, simulation experiment is conducted for two different types of structures of theexcitation the and the optimal design of setting a porous plate at the flow inlet position isdone.Secondly, This article established the simulation model of two-phase fluid flow, andstudies flow pattern of two-phase flow in the pipeline. we get the pipe flow velocitydistribution in two-phase fluid flow. On the basis of analysis the effect of non conductivematerials and moisture content on flow measurement. We get the response relationshipbetween flow measurement and the measurement signals of sensor detection electrodesand verify the feasibility of structure optimized electromagnetic flowmeter on two-phaseflow measurement.Finally, a kind of oil well downhole two-phase flow electromagnetic flow transducerwas developed. Then simulation well experiments in Daqing oil field is conducted,including single-phase and two-phase flow measurements in vertical simulation wells and vertical simulation wells. The experiments verify the feasibility of high water oil-waterflow electromagnetic flow sensor structure optimized and improved the accuracy of theprogram.
