CNC turret punch in the manufacturing and processing industry has been widelyused, it is used sheet plastic molding, machine tool control point belongs, in the middleof the trip is not for processing. This course requires working servo CNC turret punchpress feed mechanism drive motor mounted on frequent start-stop, so resulting in CNCturret punch press processing sheet produced during the vibration and noise, reducingthe machining accuracy and tool life. Servo beam is CNC turret punch press servo feedmechanism in the structure size of the largest component, which carries the work pieceand supports the feeding mechanism in the rest of the parts, therefore, the servo beamdynamics instability tends to servo feed mechanism arising from the work vibration,thereby affecting the CNC turret punch press processing accuracy, this paper will servoCNC turret punch press feeding mechanism of beam structure as the research object,expand on CNC turret punch press vibration control study.In this paper, the machining CNC turret punch plate vibration problems during itsbeams servo feed mechanism for dynamic characterization and structural optimization.First analyzed the CNC turret punch press servo feed mechanism feeding process, andCNC turret punch press feed mechanism servo beam vibration condition monitoring,vibration intensity reached the maximum servo beam which conditions, and then buildthe servo beam inside Solidworks three-dimensional model, import it inside ABAQUSfinite element analysis software, based on the finite element method and modal analysistheory, constrain the servo beam modal analysis. In the finite element model, the servobeam structure has been simplified to ensure the quality of the finite element mesh. Inthe establishment of boundary conditions, the accurate calculation of the linear roller guideways in the X, Y, Z three directions boundary elastic stiffness, which is to achieveservo beams and bed combination of surface elastic stiffness parameter settingpreconditions. In establishing precise servo beam finite element model based on thefinite element analysis software solvers through subspace iteration method to extract thefirst six servo beam natural frequencies and mode shapes. Finally, based on the aboveestablished CNC turret punch press feeding mechanism of the servo beam finite elementmodel and modal analysis, using the finite element structural optimization design andoptimization design combined experience means for the servo beam structure and sizeoptimization, in static rigidity servo beams meet the premise of improving the dynamiccharacteristics, such that the natural frequency of the servo beam distribution isconcentrated, the servo drive motor to avoid the excitation frequency, while achievingthe purpose of reducing weight of the servo beam.Through the CNC turret punch press servo feed mechanism vibration controlstudies, the servo beam modal analysis results with its vibration monitoring when theservo feed mechanism vibration intensity maximum of the servo drive motor startingfrequency compared to verify the numerical turret Punch servo feed mechanismdimensional beams and finite element modeling, theoretical analysis of the dynamiccharacteristics of the correctness of the process, indicating that focus on improving themechanical structure in order to improve the dynamic performance of CNC turret punchmachining accuracy has practical application value.
