| Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics is a kind of composite material consisted ofcarbon fiber and matrix. it has received much attention and become more and moresignificant lately because of the advantages like low density, high strength, Chemicalstability and being stable in high-temperature or low-temperature. In this study, Theaims which are representative in this dissertation include:(1) Introduce fundamental and computational steps of finite difference time domain(FDTD)method which is based on maxwell’s equations,and discuss the setting methodof calculating boundary. Beyond that,the author studies the setting of the computationaldomain grid size to ensure the convergence and accuracy of calculation. The author alsoshow the process in which electromagnetic component equated to radiative propertybecause the results of calculation of the research based on FDTD are theelectromagnetic property of the objects.(2) compared the results with ones in literatures, the author verified the accuracy ofresult of calculation based on FDTD in microstructure, which provide foundations forthe following calculations. By calculating different structure, that is to say compared theresults calculated of radiation properties of strip and row with the change of particledistance. The author also analyzed reasons of results, and elaborated the characteristicof strip and row. with the research that put the carbon fiber particles in circularconfiguration into matrix with different absorption index, and figure out the scatterfactor and absorption factor, we could know that the absorption index of matrix hasgreat impact on scattering factor and absorption factor indeed. However, it can’t changefactor curve change trend. And the impact of absorption index of matrix is mainly basedon matrix. With the absorption index of matrix continue increasing, the impact oncarbon fiber construction is weakening. Do some approximate simplify on the circulararray of carbon fiber particles, and calculate scatter factor and absorption factor of themrespectively.By compared the results the author found the relationship between thefactor in macro and micro. (3) Through obtaining the above-described simulation results, and the proposedcarbon fiber arrangements’methods are given for different situations. |
