With the increasingly rapid pace of industrialization, environmental pollution problemshas became more and more serious, especially the problem of sulfur dioxide pollution, it causepeople’s attention more and more. China has been the first total emissions of sulfur dioxide inthe world, The main source of sulfur dioxide is sulfide that comes from the coal fired boiler, it isthe serious reason that come into being acid rain. The threat of acid rain is very large, it is a veryserious influence and restriction on the ecological environment and economic development,it isa very serious contravention for the country of Scientific Outlook on Development and thestrategy of sustainable development, So it must be desulfurization treatmenting of the boiler fluegas emission, for the desulfurization control of the industrial boiler, it must work hard toincreasing the intensity and speeding up the progress.First,this paper introduces the process and equipment Magnesium Oxide desulfurization,which has the advantages of simple, less investment, low risk, the overall operation andmaintenance cost is low, the by-product Recyclable reuse, no two pollution etc.. Subsequentanalysis of the detailed process and principle of desulfurization system, through the comparisonof the feasibility of using Magnesium Oxide technique in boiler flue gas desulfurization andrationality.In this paper, first of all,as studying the Magnesium Oxide desulfurization technologicalprocess, control system selects SIEMENS S7-200PLC to complete the requirements on thecontrol system about the Magnesium Oxide method of boiler flue gas desulfurization system, asthe spray pressure ’s parameters, the liquid level, the materica level, pH and so on for onlinemonitoring and control functions, giving for the automatic control system by desulfurizationagent,desulfurization absorption tower in the automatic control system of constant pressure, thecontrol system of pH value, and introduces the automatic production process in practicalengineering. Using WinCC configuration software, the spray pressure, flue gas desulfurizationindustrial production process of liquid level, level, pH value and other important parameters and various pumps, all kinds of electromagnetic valve start stop operation state display to the hostcomputer interface, staff analysis can use these parameters to supervise and control the wholeflue gas desulfurization system process, working condition is given to each link of the correctjudgment, the stability for safety, the desulfurization system, all aspects of work condition,guarantee the desulfurization efficiency will have important significance.As boiler flue gas desulfurization by Magnesium Oxide method, desulfurizationefficiency reaches above95%, the concentration of sulfur dioxide discharge to get standards,this design to meeting for the requirement, it will be pull up the ecological environment of local,pull up people’s life for quality, it made an important contributions for the whole ofenvironmental.Improving and perfecting for the technology of the Magnesium Oxide method flue gasdesulfurization technology, the PLC control technology is continue to update and progress, itwill be widely used in the project for boiler flue gas desulfurization.
