A design of cooling system of band saw, sawingthickness on-line cooling, make quantitative analysis on the factors affecting the bandsaw temperature balance using thermal analysis function of Ansys Workbench software,analysis of band saw the parameters influence on the band saw temperature.Determining structure parameters, band saw machine cooling system parameters, bandsawing parameters, guarantee the efficiency of thickness saw not because of frequenthigh temperature band failure and affect the production line..
