| Mine fire will caused loss and harm, in order to avoid the mine fire, or the fire extinguished, or maximum control of fire, it is necessary to establish a specialized evaluation method for the ventilation system of mine fire resistance, it must reflect the influence of environment, personnel and facilities effect on the mine fire it, and must verify the rationality, fire safety management system in the ventilation system whether perfect, the preventive measures and plans whether effective, it can super and guide the daily fire management work of mine.Firstly, when we research and select the relational factors of the fire resistance ability of ventilation system, except consider the fire prevention measure and the fire safety manage, and more we consider the stability of ventilation system during fire and the catastrophe rule of air flow ventilation system. After the corresponding optimization, we constructed a3layer analysis model of fire resistance of the ventilation system, which consists27factors are divided it into five categories of ventilation network stability, fire prevention, fire management, fire rescue and fire risk. When we research the stability of ventilation system, we select4factors in the normal period about the main ventilation machine operation status, degree of difficulty of mine ventilation, ventilation resistance, the rational distribution of the mine ventilation network stability, and put the factors of the fire heating air pressure, fire throttling effect and secondary disaster into the evaluation system.Once again, when we quantify the weight of each index in the evaluation model on the values, select the1~9scale comparison method to compare the index importance for constructing judgment matrix, and determine the proportion of each index in the evaluation model weight value. We define the evaluation index score into good, qualified, unqualified three grades, and use linear membership function to make the index standardized for ease of accounting. We use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to finish the comment, and select the weighted average effective algorithm, it can avoid submerged the index of smaller weight value.Finally, in the actual evaluation for the production of the mine, we reach the situation of the fire facilities, management of mine ventilation system of the mine, and measure the corresponding ventilation parameters, and obtain the values of each index case of the evaluation mine, and know the ventilation system’ fire resistant ability, and know the mine where need to improved for fire prevention, the evaluation method is operability and practicability, and it can verify the different network transformation schemes is rationality. |
