China belongs to the severe smoke pollution National,and fine particles (PM) ofcombustion pollution of the atmosphere is quite serious. Due to the large surface area ofsmaller particles can be attached a lot of toxic substances with great harm to humanhealth.Thus the study of fine particulate matter generated by coal combustion fragmentshas important scientific and practical significance.This study according to suitable conditions for fluidized bed boiler combustion,select coal particle size in the range of0~6mm,and the temperature of the fluidizedbed combustion furnace temperature check700~900℃as the test temperature.Bychanging the combustion conditions, collected particulate matter of combustionproducts in particle size analysis.Bituminous coal particles during combustion due to thedifferent combustion conditions, generated submicron particulate matter PM10whichwas by experimental analysis and draw the results and trends impacted by variouscombustion conditions. For effective control of particulate matter emissions provided atheoretical basis.The results showed that the range of experimental conditions,(1)With the increaseof combustion time, PM10of coal particles produced quadratic polynomial distribution,first increases, reaches a maximum after, they began to slowly decrease.(2)The amountof fine particulate matter PM10produced with increasing temperature lower.(3)Therelationship between PM10amount of bituminous coal combustion with coal particlesize is due to the competition result of char fragmentation and inherent mineralscoalescence and what about the characteristics of coals coking.(4)Due to the amountsand sizes of fine particles which genereted by bituminous particles combustion was notonly affected by a single factor, and the result of combined effect by several factors. Byfitting the multivariate analysis shows that the degree of influence of factors on amountof fine particulate matter PM10and size distribution: coal particle size> burning time> temperature.Due to coal different effects on experimental results is relatively large, differentcoals have different scope.Second, combustion coal to ensure a longer burn time, withthe higher temperature,for practical engineering fluidized bed furnace try to use somelarger particles range which helps reduce respirable particulate matter. |
