Desliming technology of slurry is the current issues in mineral processingresearch, this paper introduces a new high efficiency slurry desliming equipment, therectifying deslimer of slurry. Studying the classification theory and designing itsstructure, through the verification experiments, the paper finds the desliming effect ofthis equipment in certain experiment conditions.Analysizing the theory of hindered settlement classification and studying themiscellany rate, the paper gives two theoretical calculation methods of the miscellanyrate, the theoretical calculation formula for the miscellany rate and the partical-sizerange of misplaced material are also given. The theory research finds the influencingfactors of the miscellany rate, which guiding the follow–up deslimer’s designing. Thepaper also studys the feeding method, the overflow approach, the rectifying part andthe discharge part, these study are used to the deslimer’s designing and the experiment,expecting a good desliming effect.This paper first chooses the feeding flow, the feeding concentration and therectifying pipe diameter as a parameter to have single factor experiments, obtainingthe rules of the desliming effect; the factorial experiment of feeding concentration andthe rectifying pipe diameter finds the best parameter conditions; the contrastexperiment of different materials verifying the conclusions and the rules, and gets thescope of the deslimer. The <0.5mm material with1480L/h feeding flow, when thefeeding concentration is120g/l and rectifying pipe is6mm, the through size of theoverflow is0.048mm and the desliming efficiency is53.77%; when the feedingconcentration is60g/l and with no rectifying pipes, the through size of the overflow is0.050mm and the desliming efficiency is62.34%, these experiments prove the goodeffect of the rectifying deslimer of slurry,and the capacity of the deslimer is18~27.The paper compares two theoretical miscellany rate to the real miscellany rate ofthe experiments in the same condition, analyzing the causes of differences to providethe guiding basis for the deslimer’s deep theory research and industrial application.There are forty-one figures, fifty-three tables and fifty-two references in thethesis. |
