Automatic Control System Of Composite Dry Coal Preparation

Coal preparation technology is an effective way to improve coal utilization andprotect environment. Composite dry coal preparation in these areas becomes morewidely because the main producing areas of thermal coal are characterized by alpinecoldness and water shortage. Composite dry coal preparation system has complexprocess, a lot of processes and a number of devices. Achieving production automationof Composite dry coal preparation is important for increasing productivity andreducing labor intensity.Based on the background of Daping Coal Mine of Tiefa coal industry groupcompound, the automatic control system of compound dry coal preparation isresearched and designed in this thesis. This paper introduces control system structureand system hardware design according to the actual site situation and controlrequirements. System consists of PLC control cabinet, the monitoring host, inverters,sensors and various executive agencies. Industrial Ethernet with star network structurebased on PROFINET is chosen in Control network. The work of control systemshardware design includes I/O address assignment, PLC hardware selection andassignment, inverter and sensor selection, electrical wiring diagram drawing, Etc.In software design, this thesis introduces control program structure and theprocesses drive, processes parking and fuzzy control subroutine process are elaboratedin detail. PC monitoring software is designed by WINCC monitoring software. Thispaper gives the introduction of Communications and variable management, scriptdesign, data archiving and query, web publishing and control system operation effectdiagram. This thesis conducts research and design belt conveyor energy-savingoperation based on fuzzy control, reducing the operating power belt conveyor andreaching the target to reduce the energy consumption and lower carbon running.Since put into operation, this system has been running in good condition andachieves control requirements.
