| In this paper, Based on the analysis of the research status of shaft sinking technology by the deep soft rock full deep freezing, optimized the design of shaft lining structure on deep soft rock freezing section in Hujiahe mine, researched and applied the drilling technology of informationization construction and rapid construction on the large section deep soft rock full deep freezing. Through the research, it can not only protect safety and rapid construction in the Hujiahe coal mine shaft, speed up the pace of mine construction, save construction investment, but also have great significance to improve our deep soft rock freezing sinking technology level.This paper through the monitoring and analysis of temperature field on shaft lining and frozen wall, obtained the laws of the influence of temperature by the concrete shaft lining and the soil (rock) frozen wall; analysed advantages and disadvantages of single layer reinforced concrete shaft lining, double layer, and mixed structure, of the deep soft rock freezing shaft, put forward the optimal scheme; systematically summarized the law of propagation speed of deep soft rock strata freezing wall thickness and average temperature changes with the freezing time.Finally, the research and application of information technology in Hujiahe mine’s main shaft, auxiliary shaft, and air shaft, has changed only in deep alluvium freezing shaft informatization construction situation.The results can provide reference value to the similar engineering. |
