Bailiang Xu Sheng coal mine belongs to close distance coal seam group mining, upperand lower two layers of this section coal pillar size problem, has been one of the importantfactors that affect the mine safety and efficient production. Therefore, very close distance coalseam group in BaiLiang Xu Sheng mine section study of reasonable size of coal pillar, notonly to improve the recovery rate of coal resources, but also for the lower coal seam miningprovides the theory basis for the determination of reasonable decorate position, to the mineand BailiangXu Sheng, similar conditions of coal seam mining area in the east mine safe andefficient mining, science is of great significance.Based on the clarification of Bailiang Xu Sheng coal mine as the research object, thesimilar material simulation experiment, computer numerical computation and theoreticalanalysis method, based on the analysis of coal bed is extremely close distance coal seamgroup mining strata destruction rules, section, on the basis of lateral abutment pressuredistribution of coal pillar, the reasonable dimension of coal pillar section of coal seam andcoal seam working face under the reasonable layout of roadway system of further research.According to theoretical analysis and FLAC3D sections of different size coal pillarbottom rock stress distribution law of numerical simulation, the different size coal pillarAngle of stress transfer and stress concentration factor of plate. Use the physical analogsimulation and theory analysis method, after the analysis on coal seam mining, the overlyingstrata movement effect on segments on the stability of coal pillar. Section on the basis oftheory, analysis the stress of the coal pillar deformation process, the stable condition and itsinfluencing factors. According to section coal pillar stability conditions, the theoreticalanalysis and the state of numerical simulation method, the reasonable dimension of coal pillaron coal seam mining extents to10m. FLAC3D analysis, compare the coal seam mining under different layout plan of the stress and deformation of roadway suffered damage and roofsubsidence, obtained under coal seam roadway layout reasonable position, and determine thereasonable dimension of coal pillar under coal seam section of18m.
