| With rapid development of economy, the security of urban sludge treatment hasbecome the world to solve the problem. Eisenia foetida as a kind of large soil animals, because of its unique physiological function and is widely used in treatment oforganic waste, including poultry and animal feces, garbage, sludge and so on. City lifeis the result of the sewage treatment plant sewage treatment, sludge contains manybeneficial nutrients for plant growth, and contain a lot of poisonous and harmfulsubstances such as heavy metals, if improper handling or use, will damage to theenvironment again. In this paper, using the biological (earthworm) sludge composttreatment life, analyzing the change of the content of various substances before andafter composting, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Compared with those of the original sludge processing after the sludgemoisture content of a certain degree of decline.(2) Compared with those of the original sludge treatment after the sludge theorganic content decreased about30%, the lower organic matter is not earthwormsresolution, sludge microbial also participate in synergy.(3) Compared with those of the original sludge treatment after the sludge ofnitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content of different level decreased.(4)Compared with those of the original sludge treatment of sludge in available pvariation was not significant.(5) Rapidly-available potassium content in sludge and no significant correlationbetween time and any worms(6) After dealing with the earthworms, sludge pH from7.80to7.02, close toneutral.(7) After the earthworm treatment, the number of bacteria, fungi andactinomycetes in sludge increased significantly. (8) After dealing with the earthworms, azotobacter and ammonifier significantlyreduced, the number of nitrifying bacteria has been parabola shape change.(9)After dealing with the sludge by the earthworm, zinc in the sludge, Cu, Pb, Cr,Cd decreased significantly, the earthworm has strong enrichment of heavy metals insludge. |
