| With the development of science and technology,electronic equipment play amore and more important role in our daily life. A comfortable living environmentalthough it provide for us, it have produced some negative effects andelectromagnetic radiation which has made the electromagnetic environment around usbecame more and more worse. If we don’t restrict the use of electromagnetic wave, itwill became the source of pollution which will push our health to danger. Therefore,how to development a excellent electromagnetic shielding material has became animportant direction in the future.Since carbon nanotubes were found, it has become a concern direction ofresearch. That its unique structure and excellent electromagnetic properties makecarbon nanotubes became a promising electromagnetic shielding materials. This studymainly focuses on the property of carbon nanotube electrically conductive paper, inorder to provide the basis for the preparation of high-performance electromagneticshielding and conductive material.In the process of pretreatment, SEM and TEM show that eliminating theamorphous carbon nanotubes and improving graphitization degree has been led by themicrowave processing of carbon nanotubes. In dispersing performance research,comparing the influence of carbon nanotubes volume by different experimentalprocess. Especially, that speed of the ball-milling increases to the critical value leadsto destroy the structure the carbon nanotubes.The study shows that different concentration of dispersion liquid will make theelectromagnetic shielding property and conductivity of carbon nanotube electricallyconductive paper different to others, Concentration from0.2%to0.8%range,shielding properties and electrical conductivity with the increase of concentration, theshielding effectiveness and minimum resistivity is16.18dB and6.56· cm,respectively, when the concentration of1.0%, shielding properties and electricalconductivity has showed a trend of decline. In this dissertation, we study on the property of carbon nanotubes electricallyconductive paper modified by octadecylamine and La2O3. The result shows that theelectromagnetic shielding property has been improved to19.68dB and17.61dB,especially when it modified by La2O3,absorption peak has been moved to765MHz.In the last, we have used the carbon nanotubes electrically conductive paperwhich as current collector to develop paper battery. The longest discharge time is52hand the most battery capacity is15.8mAh. |
