The thesis carries out dataacquisition technology of stamping die quality inspection, reverse modeling dataanalysis technology of stamping die quality testing and3D alignment technology ofstamping die quality testing,which all center on the3D alignment technology, and thismakes the product quality testing technology apply in stamping die repair process,having important significances of engineering and theory of mould’s repair.The mainresearch contents are as described below.First of all, the thesis studies the data acquisition technology of stamping diequality inspection,putting forward the occasionally a measurement technology ofquality testing of stamping die, which includes the way of data collection andmeasurement equipment selection.What’s more, the thesis studies the reverse modeling data analysis technology ofstamping die quality testing. Research mainly focuses on the block scan data, datafitting,data matching and ordering and spline curve analysis techniques of stampingquality data.Apart from that, the thesis studies the3d alignment technology of stamping diequality testing. It mainly focuses on the process of3D alignment technology ofstamping die quality testing and also makes the ICP algorithm apply to the3dalignment technology alignment point cloud registration, realizing the reliability andstability of3d alignment technology of stamping die quality testing and improvingthe accuracy of the mould quality inspection.Finally, the thesis take an example on the3D alignment technology of stampingdie quality testing.Through an example to verify and analyze the stamping mouldquality, proving the accuracy and feasibility of the3D technology.
